Exercise is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Clear some space or go outside and join our Tampa Y staff for a dance party, some sports drills and exercise fun!

12 Bursts

12 Bursts is a fun way to keep moving, keep your kids engaged and achieve the recommended 60 minutes of physical activity per day. Complete a few at a time or take an hour to do all 12, it's up to you. The goal is to complete the Daily Dozen every day. Join us for fresh activities and combinations every day!
