Get Started on the New App

  1. Download the App: Search "YMCA 360" on the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Find Your Location: Type in your zip code and choose your YMCA.
  3. Add Members: Enter your email address. You will be emailed a verification code.
    1. Important - Each member on your membership must have a unique email address associated with them to use YMCA 360 features. Please see a YMCA staff member or log into your ActiveNet account to make changes.

App Instructions

View Group Exercise Schedules

  1. Tap The Y logo at the bottom of the screen
  2. Select schedules to view all classes
  3. Use the "Filters" feature to further filter your location's schedule

Set Goals & Track Workouts

The "My Actvity" section allows you to set log workouts, connect with Apple Health and track your progress.


Trouble With The App? 

We're working on it! What you need to know: 

  • To login with your email address, your email must be attached to your membership account. Please contact a Y staff member for assistance!
  • Current Members:
    • Please contact the Welcome Center so they can ensure the email address on your account matches the one you're using. They will record your contact information and report any system errors.
    • VIEW GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULES
  • New members and members with new member ID cards:
    • The system can take up to 2 days for your new membership information to be imported into the app database. If you encounter issues logging in, please wait at least 24 hours after you join to try again. If the app does not recognize your email address, please contact a YMCA staff member or the Welcome Center.
