Spin class utilizes stationary bikes to give participants an amazing full body workout. A high-intensity exercise class, spinning often involves pedaling as fast and as hard as you can to promote maximum calorie burn and muscle growth. By shifting the body from sitting to standing at regular intervals, spin class is able to work all muscle groups and can help people tone up and increase their stamina.
