The First Tee of Tampa Bay has Financial Assistance and Armed Services discounts available to eligible participants. To apply for a discounted rate, simply fill in your family income when registering on-line. If you fall within the income parameters, you will automatically receive the discount - no immediate proof of income is necessary upon registration. However, The First Tee of Tampa Bay may contact families that receive a discounted rate for further income verification including Federal tax returns, recent pay stubs or more. Any deception regarding this process may be grounds for your child's dismissal and suspension from all future TFTTB events and programs. If you already receive a discounted program rate from the Tampa YMCA, you will be charged the rate from the chart below that coincides with your family income level as verified by your Tampa YMCA branch.
If you qualify for a discounted rate, The First Tee of Tampa Bay will INITIALLY charge your credit card or debit card the full program fee ($55,000+ rate) - do not be alarmed! Any discount will automatically be applied as a refund to your original method of payment within two weeks of registering.
Final On-Line Registration Reminders
1. If you are NOT a YMCA member and are enrolling for the first time, you must enter the PARENT or GUARDIAN information first when it asks you to supply "Member Name". After you do so, you would then add the child(ren) information next when prompted to.
2. Once all parent/guardian and child(ren) information are entered, it will ask you to register for programs. After clicking on that button, you should then click the "Browse by Location" link, then click the specific program location under the "Other Sites" section. You can then register for the desired class and proceed from there.
3. In order to register on-line in the future and receive important confirmation information, please make sure you enter an accurate and updated email address when asked for it.
