Wellness
Center

The Bob Gilbertson Central City Family YMCA offers a fully equipped Wellness Center available to all Facility Members at no additional charge. Most of our state-of-the-art cardio machines are equipped with Cardio Theatre personal TVs so you can watch your favorite cable TV channels and listen in on your own headphones. If you'd prefer music, you can listen to family-friendly music played on the surrounding speakers.

Racquetball

The BGCC YMCA offers two racquetball courts which can be reserved by members at no additional charge. Racquets and balls are available for loan at the Welcome Center. We strongly suggest every member young or old use protective eye gear while playing this sport.
 

Basketball 

The BGCC YMCA features two regulation-size basketball courts with adjustable-height hoops. Basketballs are available for loan at the Welcome Center.
 

 Group Exercise

A spacious group exercise room studio hosts a wide variety of classes free to Facility Members.
 

Swimming Pool

Our semi heated outdoor swimming pool is maintained at a comfortable temperature many months of the year. Several lanes are reserved for lap swimmers. Please call to check hours during inclement weather.

Kid's Zone Development Center
The Kid's Zone Development Center offers high-quality, caring supervision of children age 10 to 6 weeks with a Family Membership. Children may visit the Kid's Zone Development Center for up to 2 hours in the morning and evening. The same parent, grandparent, or legal guardian must drop off and pick up children, and must remain in the facility while the child is in the Kid's Zone Development Center.

Youth and Teen Policy

The YMCA is a great place for our Youth and Teens. Teens 12 and older are allowed to utilize facility during all operation hours without adult supervison. Children 11 and under must be directly supervised by a parent or guardian or signed into a supervised program by a parent or guardian.
