Membership Waiver Information

When completing registration, please provide legal names based on state ID.

If you are signing up for one of our individual memberships and are 18 or older complete the Adult Membership Application.
If you are signing up for one of our family memberships complete the Family Membership Application.
If you are a parent signing up your child under 18 years of age for one of our individual memberships, complete the Youth Membership Application.

**VERY IMPORTANT - When beginning the registration process, the adult needs to be primary on minor account. Please add adult first then add the child.
