**Youth membership provides member rates on programs and invitations to special events and activities. It does not include access to the facility without an adult YMCA facility member.

Financial Assistance
As a not-for-profit charitable organization, the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA strives to make membership and programs accessible to all, regardless of their financial circumstances. To apply for financial assistance, please bring proof of your total household income. We prefer a copy of your most recent tax return; we will refer to line #4 on the 1040EZ, line #22 on the 1040 long form, or Schedule C if you’re self employed. Please contact your local branch if you have questions about the approval process.

Our Annual Giving Campaign raises funds to help provide financial assistance for membership and program fees. If you would like to make a gift to support the campaign, please visit our online donor center.

Program Membership
Just want to participate in a specific program? Purchase an annual Program Membership for $60/person or $120/family. Program fees may be higher for Program Members, so be sure to speak with a Membership Services Representative about the best option for your needs.
