YOUR KIDS ARE BORN TO MOVE:
Health, Well-Being & Fitness
Kids 6-12 years old can keep moving with the new Born To Move classes. Fun comes fi rst, and they won’t notice the science behind the program because they’ll have fun and sing to their favorite music.
6-7 age group
This class introduces fundamental movement skills using fun rather than formal exercise routines. Children this age are primarily visual learners and emphasis is on easy-to-copy moves.
8-12 age group
In this 30- or 45-minute class, teachers show moves from dance, martial arts and yoga. It includes great music and games while developing fi tness skills. The instructor will match participant mood and energy levels so everyone leaves class feeling great.
Wednesdays, 5:30 p.m. for kids 6-12
Thursdays, 4:30 p.m. for kids 6-7
Beginning in November
Join us Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 8am-11am for Pickleball. Come join the hottest new game in town. Open play and no previous experience necessary! See you on the court.

Introducing TRX Suspension Trainer Classes! It's a best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perfom hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise. You can simply adjust your body poisiton to add or decrease resistance.
