NEW SCHEDULE & CLASSES

The schedules are out for Spin, Group Ex, and Water Aerobics! We want to highlight some important info for Group Ex:

-We added a new LesMills class! CXWORX is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core, honing in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques and "slings", connecting upper and lower body. This workout will leave you looking good and feeling strong!
-We also added a BODYPUMP class at 8:15 on Saturday mornings. The Nursery/Zeno Zone will be opening at 8:00 to accommodate your needs!
-The design of the schedule is made to be more user friendly, so make sure to check it out.

FUN IS INCLUDED: PARENT'S NIGHT OUT

Time: 6-10 pm
Ages: 5-12 (members only)

Cost: $6 per child covers food, drinks, and fun!

June 14: School's Out: Pool party!

July 12: Summer Splash: Outdoor Activities

August 9: Back To School: Inside sport activities (basketball, dodgeball, etc.)

September 13: Dinner and a Movie: Dinner and a movie with arts and crafts mixed in

October 11: Scare and Share: Children can dress up in Halloween style outfits. Pumpkin carving (kids use markers, counselors help!)

November 8: Thanksgiving Fun: Thanksgiving arts and crafts

December 13: Shop Til You Drop: Story time, Holiday activities

SMALL GROUPS, BIG FUN: LINE DANCING

Dust off your boots and hat and join your friends at the Plant City Y! Learn the latest and yes, the greatest, moves with our instructor Linda Boswell!

Beginner Class:

Monday: 9:00-9:30 am

Advanced Class:

Monday: 9:30-10am

Wednesday & Friday: 9:00-10:00 am
