The FishHawk Ranch YMCA Express is a great place to improve your body, mind, and spirit. Our new, state-of-the-art facility in Park Square is staffed with caring, knowledgeable fitness professionals dedicated to helping you look and feel your best. All aerobics and group exercise classes are free to members, and child supervision is available while you exercise, at no additional cost. Members also receive reduced rates for all YMCA programs.

But the FishHawk Ranch YMCA Express is more than just a gym. When you join, you’ll get access to 11 YMCA family facilities and 2 downtown express facilities across the Tampa Bay area.
